GALLERY twenty-four, is striving to create an easy and effective way for artists to submit an application for participation in any of our many programs. By working together with autodidactic and undiscovered artists from a myriad of countries we pride ourselves in trying to make the process as artist friendly as possible This equates to a process without the added costs of remitting slides, catelogs and a mountain of unessential materials. By streamlining our submission process, we are able to allow our artists to devote more time to the most important aspect of their exibiting career: producing good art. Applicants wishing to participate in one of our programs should follow these simple steps:

1. Be sure to read carefully our statement of mission and fully understand the concept of GALLERY twenty-four / ARTLINE:berlin.

2. Choose the appropriate program to best meet your exhibition goals. Details for all our exhibiting opportunities can be found by following the appropriate links found on our call for artists page.

3: Follow the link to the FAQs to be sure that you have received the answers to any questions about our policies and the submission requirements.

4. Select the 5 images that best represent your work and are applicable to the program you are applying for. Remember to prepare your image files and to zip them so that the aggregate file size does not exceed the 500 kb requirement.. Additionally, that file names should correspond to the image title.

5. Select which available exhibition date and exhibition space you wish to book for your show. Be sure to select an alternative date, as well. Only dates included on our exhibtion schedule will be considered for a proposal.

6. Complete the online application form and submit. Should you be unable to access the form through your browser or if you are using a Macintosh computer, you may need to print the pdf application form and remit it either as an e-mail attachment to: call-for-artists@oder24.com or via regular post to the appropriate address below.

7. Remit payment of your appropriate application fee either via our PayPal service or via normal bank transfer. REMEMBER: should you remit paymet via bank transfer you must forward a copy of your transfer witin 48 hours of your application or your file will automatically be deleted from our system. Artists who remit via PayPal must not forward a copy of their remittance as the payment is automatically booked to our account. However, should you remit the PayPal payment using another e-mail address then that on your application, it is advisable to send notification to us.

8. Submit your zipped images ( MAXIMUM: 500 kb aggregate file size) as an e-mail attachment to the automatically generated response to your application. Artists wishing to send CD or photogrphs to the gallery, should include copies of the following: application form, verification of payment for the application fee, clearly marked CD or photos including artist name. REMEMBER: file names should correspond to image title.

9. Be prepared to submit an artist statement and any pertinent informtion about your exhibition or yourself as an artist within 45 days of the commencement of your exhibition.

10. Upon notification of acceptance to the exhibition, be sure to adhere to thedeadline for the return of any requested exhibition agreement and / or fee payment as required for Solo or Self-curated shows.

11. Follow the shipping and / or delivery instructions as sent to you by the gallery.
